Staff were outstanding, food in the restaurants was superb. The pool and leisure facilities were excellent - both to wind down after a day's work or if you were there for a holiday. The conference facilities are excellent and the service from the tech team couldn't have been better. The Kuwait Maritime Museum on site is definitely worth a visit

I had soo much fun at this amazing hotel with excellent room and quick room service. My 2 night stay was fantastic and I enjoyed the mouth watering breakfast buffet and all the exciting facilities in this hotel ( indoor and outdoor pool and the gym ) there is a very nice beach . The room was very clean and staff were very kind and always smiling, specially the cleaners and staff at the front desk. The security was fantastic and it feels soo safe. The place is family friendly and I will for sure come visit again. I recommend it. Thanks to all staff. Mohamed Saleh

Check in was smooth and easy, the reception team were smiling and making sure we were satisfied with our room, they explained to us the timings, the facility and restaurants. Also the guest relation was helpful, The room was clean and had everything organized. The bathroom was amazing with all amenities available. The staff was so professional and had a positive attitude, always answering our questions. Breakfast is for sure the best in Kuwait, fresh, many varieties, also they had fresh fruits, juices, home-made jam and a corner of healthy drinks. The pool was Nice and clean, organized by the pool attendant who really is doing a great job. We loved everything 😍 we will come again for sure.

Every hotel should model their practice after the Radisson Blu. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff were accommodating, friendly, and truly understand of the needs of travelers. The GM, Mubin Pirzada, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. Our room was large, with a desk, 2 chairs and chaise lounge. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The room was very clean and the towels were plush We were very comfortable and could have definitely stayed here long term. The breakfast buffet was huge and wonderful. It was loaded with a plethora of items to choose from. There is something for everyone. The Viking Club is included. It's a wonderful resort area for guests to escape to for some relaxation or fun. I can not say enough good things about the Radisson Blu Hotel. Everything you need is right here. Good restaurants, activities for all ages, and comfortable, quiet rooms. I will definitely return here when I'm back in Kuwait. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic buffet breakfast, one of the best I have had in all my travels. Dinner buffet and Wednesday BBQ nights also great. The executive room was a bit small if you are more than one person but the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the valet parking employees do a great job at the front of the hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Radisson in Kuwait. What truly made the difference was the entire staff, especially restaurant, front desk and housekeeping staff. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help. At check-out, Mubin, the front desk clerk, helped us with the transportation to the airport - thanks a lot!

Very spacious rooms, nice bathroom and good bed. The facilities are very, very good. The breakfast is amazing, staff is beyond friendly, good pools (outdoor and indoor) and sauna and steam room of complimentary use. It is a very big complex where all your expectations are met, and got a complimentary ride from and to the airport of Kuwait. Would definitely stay here again!

Every aspect of service is taken care of, from first arrival to checking in, valet parking, cleaning staff and waiting staff are all fantastically attentive. I will have no reservations at all about booking at the Radisson Blu for my next trip to Kuwait.

beautiful Hotel in ugly location, but with cheap Taxis who take you to nicer places. Novotel has amazing staff. Special thanks to Mr. Mubin and Mr. Temvaz at reception.
